1. Orders & Payments
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We start processing orders fast, so changes or cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order. If you need to make changes, contact us ASAP at gordon@thegreatgekko.com and weâll do our best!
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), and sometimes tears of regret after a bad trade (just kidding, but we get it).
Q: Is my payment secure?
Absolutely! All transactions are processed using secure encryption technology through trusted payment providers.Your financial data is never stored on our site.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does shipping take?
đŠ Standard EU: 5-10 business days
Delivery times may vary due to location, customs, and whether or not Mercury is in retrograde.
Q: How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, youâll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
Not at the moment, but soon! We ship to every country in the European Union, and work on shipping almost everywhere soon except the Moon (for now). đ
Q: Will I have to pay customs fees?
No, likely not. There should be no import taxes, duties, or customs fees as we are based in Vienna, Austria, and sending within the European Union.Â
3. Returns & Exchanges
Q: Whatâs your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Exceptions:
â No returns on personalized/custom items (unless defective).
â No refunds on bad trading decisions. (Thatâs on you, buddy.)
Q: How do I start a return or exchange?

Q: What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Thatâs on us! Send us photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery, and weâll replace it free of charge.
4. Sizing & Product Details
Q: How do I choose the right size?
Check out our Size Guide for exact measurements. If in doubt, size up - itâs better for comfort and style.
Q: How do I care for my items?
đ§Œ Clothing: Machine wash cold, tumble dry low (or hang dry for longevity).
đ Tote Bags: Spot clean or hand wash with mild detergent.
â Mugs: Wash them by hand to keep them as long as possible as nice as they are.Â
5. Custom & Bulk Orders
Q: Do you offer custom designs?
At the moment, we donât offer personal customization - but we might in the future! If you're looking for bulk or corporate orders, email us and letâs talk.
Q: Can I order in bulk for my trading squad or office?
Yes! We offer bulk discounts for teams, companies, or finance bros who want to match. Email us at gordon@thegreatgekko.com for pricing.

Q: Do you have a physical store?
Nope - weâre 100% online, just like your stock portfolio. But that means faster shipping, better deals, and no awkward fitting rooms.
