At The Great Gekko, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, don’t worry—we’ve got your back. Below, you'll find everything you need to know about our returns, exchanges, and refund policies.
1. Can I Return My Order?
Yes! We accept returns on unused, unworn, and unwashed items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Items Not Eligible for Returns:
❌ Custom or personalized products (unless they arrived damaged or defective).
❌ Items marked as "Final Sale."
❌ Gift cards.
2. How Do I Return an Item?
1️⃣ Contact Us – Email gordon@thegreatgekko.com with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ Receive Instructions – We’ll send you return details, including where to ship your item.
3️⃣ Ship It Back – Send your item back using a trackable shipping method. (Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.)
4️⃣ Get Your Refund – Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
💡 Pro Tip: Keep your tracking number! We can’t issue refunds for lost return shipments.
3. Can I Exchange an Item?
Yes! If you ordered the wrong size or want a different design, we offer free exchanges (excluding shipping costs).
How to Exchange an Item:
📧 Contact us at gordon@thegreatgekko.com with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange.
📦 Send back your original item in new, unworn condition.
🚀 We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the return!
4. What If My Order Arrives Damaged or Defective?
We do our best to ensure quality, but if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll make it right.
Steps to Get a Replacement or Refund:
✔️ Email gordon@thegreatgekko.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
✔️ Attach photos of the damaged item.
✔️ We’ll send a replacement to you.
5. Refunds & Processing Time
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless we made a mistake with your order).
