a. The Great Gekko offers a diverse range of products for sale, including but not limited to clothing, art prints, bags, phone cases, mousepads, notebooks, calendars, mugs, towels, bedding, cushions, doormats, watches, lamps, candles, and shower curtains.
b. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to decline orders at our discretion.
c. Product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
d. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, orders cannot be changed or canceled after they have been placed.
3. Pricing and Currency
a. Product prices are displayed on the Website.
b. Prices do not include any applicable taxes, customs duties, or other charges, which may be added during the checkout process. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or charges not included in the checkout total.
4. Shipping
a. We offer shipping to the countries listed at the checkout page.
b. Shipping times may vary based on the destination and selected shipping method. Production time is separate from shipping time, and the total delivery time may range from 10 to 14 business days.
c. We bear no responsibility for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, or other external factors.
d. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. If a delivery of an order is incomplete or incorrect due to an invalid or inaccurate address, the customer may request reshipment at their expense.
e. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages during transit. Please contact the carrier directly to file claims. However, we will assist where possible to resolve issues.
f. International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or additional charges determined by your country. These are the customer’s responsibility. Please allow extra time for delivery due to customs clearance.
5. Returns and Refunds
a. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date, provided that the products are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
b. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of return approval.
c. Personalized or customized products are non-returnable unless they exhibit defects or errors (e.g., incorrect size, design, or damage). Customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide photo evidence of defects to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
d. Minor variations in color, print placement, or other small discrepancies are normal for made-to-order products and are not eligible for refunds.
e. Customers must contact us before initiating any return. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
