1. Processing & Fulfillment Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
🛠️ Print-on-Demand: Since our products are made especially for you, printing and quality-checking take 2-3 business days before your order ships.
🚀 Peak Seasons: During holiday periods or high-demand times, processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience!
📧 Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
📦 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking: As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey!
2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer multiple shipping options based on your location and preference.

3. Where Do We Ship?
We ship to whole Europe at the moment! 🌍 Whether you’re in Lissabon, Frankfurt, Prague, or Milano, we’ll get your order to you.
📦 As we are sending from within Europe, so no import fees, duties, or additional taxes should apply.Â
đźš« We currently do NOT ship to: USA, Canada, UK, Asia, Australia and other countries outside the European Union. But we are coming soon to you!
4. How to Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

⏳ Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update as it moves through the shipping network.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
📦 Lost or Delayed?
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, check your tracking info. If it's still stuck after a few days, contact us at gordon@thegreatgekko.com, and we’ll investigate!
đźš« Stolen or Marked as Delivered but Missing?
Once a package is marked as "Delivered," we are not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages. Please check with neighbors, building management, or your local postal service.
If you believe your package was stolen, file a claim with the carrier and let us know -we’ll do our best to help.
6. Returns & Exchanges
📬 Wrong address? If an incorrect address is entered, we are not responsible for non-delivery. If the package is returned to us, we can reship it (shipping costs apply).
